Development of Dynamic 1.5 has seen steady progress. In order to gain a bit of speed towards its release, we have decided to start with public testing while work on the final details continues. This allows work to take place in two lanes. Binaries will be made available on GitHub before the end of the week.
The purpose of the public test is to ensure that block spacing is as intended for this we need a representable hashrate on the network. Therefore miners are encouraged to mine on our testchain, their mining rewards will be eligible for swap to Dynamic (DYN) at a 1:1 ratio after successful testing and upon release. Dynodes will be operated by Duality, public test is miners only.
The testchain is an autonomous chain that is not compatible with the current active chain. Mined coins cannot be sent to Bittrex, doing so will result in a loss of coins! A Dynamic testwallet will be made available on our platform, again this wallet is different from the current active Dynamic wallet.
